100% refunds are given if WE cancel your trip due to weather or a mechanical issues. You may cancel your trip within 24 hours of your scheduled booking for a full refund. A 7 day cancellation is required for Group & Private Charters. To cancel you MUST speak to an employee of Z Flight Watersports (no email or voicemail will be accepted).
